Indiana Fiber Network Indiana Fiber Network, LLC is a consortium of 19 independent telephone companies. Formed in 2002, the purpose of IFN is to provide advanced telecommunication services throughout the state via private line, Ethernet, or Clear Channel transport. With completion in May, 2005 IFN provides a 1,300+ mile fiber optic ring that connects rural Indiana with large cities around the state.
